Betty Lou Hendrickson

March 23, 1933 - November 7, 2020

Betty Lou Hendrickson of Buffalo, Missouri went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 7, 2020 at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her husband Billie Hendrickson and her son Buddy Hendrickson. Betty was born on March 23, 1933 in Elkland, MO to her parents Walter and Edith Harmon. She was married to her husband on July 1, 1952 and moved to Buffalo, MO where they made a home for themselves for 63 years of marriage. Betty is survived by her brother Billy Harmon and wife Ann of Elkland, MO; her sister Jane and husband Connie McCurry of Fair Grove, MO; son Bob Hendrickson and wife Wanda of Charity, MO; Buddy's wife Faye Hendrickson of Buffalo, MO; her daughter Brenda and husband Robin Allie of Fort Walton Beach, FL; 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Betty loved the Lord, she played the piano for years at Center Point Baptist Church, and as a member of Calvary Chapel she served the Lord through hospitality and sharing the love of Jesus. She and her husband would enjoy playing Wahoo with their friends and family and loved going to Branson to see the music shows. Betty treasured spending time with her great grandkids and spoiling them with ice cream. What gave her the most pleasure was to sing Happy Birthday to her family members on their birthday, always intentionally off-key (we think), and always enjoyed. Betty Lou Hendrickson will be sorely missed by the friends and family she left behind. She touched many lives throughout her life and has now finished the race with honor and glory to her Lord, reunited with loved ones gone on before. We look forward to the day when we will all meet again in the presence of our Lord and Savior.
